Louisa Johnson is a British singer and songwriter whose powerhouse vocals and distinctive contemporary pop sound have established her as one of the UK’s most recognisable voices.

Louisa first came to national attention in 2015 when, aged just 17, she became the youngest-ever winner of The X Factor UK. Her winning single, “Forever Young”, entered the UK Top 10, marking the beginning of a recording career that has since generated millions of streams and sales and seen Louisa collaborate with some of the biggest names in British and international music.

Her breakthrough collaboration with Clean Bandit, “Tears”, became one of her defining releases. The track reached No. 5 on the UK Official Singles Chart, spent 27 weeks on the chart and achieved Platinum status in the UK. Louisa followed its success with the solo single “So Good”, another major radio and chart hit, alongside releases including “Best Behaviour” and “YES”, featuring Grammy-winning US rapper 2 Chainz.

Collaboration has remained an important part of Louisa’s career. She joined Olly Murs on “Unpredictable”, worked with artists and producers including AJR, Sigma, KREAM, Eden Prince and Steve Void, and later teamed up with internationally renowned DJ and producer Jonas Blue for “Always Be There”. Across her career, Louisa has achieved two UK Top 10 singles and four Top 40 records, while her releases have collectively spent dozens of weeks on the Official UK Singles Chart. Her catalogue combines pop, dance and R&B influences with the commanding vocal ability that first brought her to national attention. As a live performer, Louisa has appeared on some of the UK’s biggest stages, including Capital’s Summertime Ball and Jingle Bell Ball, alongside extensive live appearances and performances with leading artists. Her combination of vocal range, stage presence and versatility has allowed her to move effortlessly between stripped-back performances, contemporary pop and large-scale dance records.

Now entering a new chapter in her career, Louisa continues to evolve as an independent artist, bringing greater creative experience and confidence to her music while retaining the unmistakable voice at the centre of her success. With a catalogue of hit records, high-profile collaborations and more than a decade of experience as a recording and live artist, Louisa Johnson continues to build on an already accomplished career in British music.
